1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Any term not defined above shall be interpreted in accordance with its ordinary meaning in the English language as understood in the context of online gambling and digital financial services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kz7bd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with any supplemental policies expressly incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.1 Amendments to These Terms

kz7bd reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kz7bd will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, kz7bd may also notify registered players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the meaning or interpretation of any provision, the English-language version shall be the definitive reference. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall create or modify any legal obligation.

2.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the kz7bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. kz7bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all wagers placed will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts won using those funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one active kz7bd account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, kz7bd reserves the right to close all accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and confiscate bonus-derived winnings. Genuine accidental duplicates must be reported to support immediately for resolution.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points of contact with kz7bd, including identity verification. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kz7bd may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and ownership of the payment methods linked to your account at any time, and will require such documentation before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh authorities.
• Proof of address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the last three months, clearly showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming that the mobile number or account belongs to you.

kz7bd may pause withdrawals and restrict account activity during an ongoing KYC review. Documents must be submitted via the account verification section or by emailing [email protected]. kz7bd will process submitted documents within two (2) business days under Bangladesh Standard Time.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kz7bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kz7bd will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kz7bd support at [email protected] immediately. kz7bd accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of a player's account where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kz7bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kz7bd does not accept deposits in foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to account balances.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on kz7bd is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit limit, though kz7bd reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for fraud prevention and platform security purposes. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through account settings at any time in line with our responsible gaming framework.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your kz7bd account balance in real time under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical delay on the part of the payment provider, credited funds will appear as soon as the payment confirmation is received by kz7bd. kz7bd accepts no liability for delays caused by the third-party payment provider's systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal from your kz7bd account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification to kz7bd's satisfaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the kz7bd support team.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• kz7bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

kz7bd aims to process approved withdrawal requests on the same business day the request is submitted, subject to KYC status and fraud screening. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. kz7bd is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's network once funds have been dispatched from the platform.

4.6 Refused Transactions

kz7bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or technical error. In such cases, kz7bd will notify the affected player and may request additional information to resolve the matter. Funds held pending investigation will not accrue interest.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

From time to time, kz7bd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Bonus Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Bonus Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a kz7bd account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires total wagers of ৳30,000 to be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

• Wagers placed on games marked as excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Live betting markets on cricket and other sports may contribute at a reduced rate — see the specific promotion page for contribution percentages.
• Wagers that are voided, cancelled, or result in a push do not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• kz7bd reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings if a wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times by creating additional accounts will be treated as a violation of the duplicate account policy and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Validity Period

Unless specified otherwise on the promotion page, all bonus funds expire 30 days after the date they are credited to the player's account. Any unmet wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry. The expiry date and remaining wagering requirement balance are visible in the player's account bonus tracker.

5.5 kz7bd's Rights Regarding Bonuses

kz7bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account. kz7bd also reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel bonus funds and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using the kz7bd platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• Provide accurate and truthful information to kz7bd at all times, including during registration and KYC processes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh relating to online gambling and financial transactions.
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your kz7bd account, whether by you or by any third party who accesses your account with or without your permission.
• Notify kz7bd immediately of any suspected or confirmed unauthorised access to your account.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kz7bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and deception: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting pricing discrepancies across kz7bd's own markets or between kz7bd and any external platform to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI agents, or any automated software to interact with the kz7bd platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal gameplay.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting a software error, pricing mistake, technical glitch, or game malfunction to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the kz7bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. kz7bd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in line with applicable standards.
• Minors: Registering on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after using deposited funds for gambling purposes.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the kz7bd platform — including but not limited to game interfaces, software, graphics, text, logos, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of kz7bd or its licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any kz7bd content without express written permission. Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the kz7bd platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your kz7bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. kz7bd aims to process voluntary closure requests within two (2) business days of receipt. Note that self-exclusion requests — where the player wishes to restrict their own access for responsible gaming reasons — are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming Policy and are processed as a priority.

7.2 Suspension by kz7bd

kz7bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account poses a risk to the integrity of the kz7bd platform or other players.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires kz7bd to restrict the account.

During the period of suspension, access to games and financial transactions will be restricted. kz7bd will notify the player of the suspension and the reason for it where permitted to do so.

7.3 Closure Following Breach

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, kz7bd reserves the right to confiscate any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and — where fraud or money laundering is established — all account balances pending investigation. Real money balances unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable deductions.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kz7bd will notify the player via email before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the remaining balance, until the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates the account by logging in. No dormancy fee will be applied to an account with a zero balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

kz7bd is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all players across Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties. kz7bd embeds responsible gaming tools directly into the platform so that players can stay in control at all times.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all registered kz7bd players and can be activated or adjusted at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be tightened within a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period. Designed to keep gambling activity within manageable bounds.
• Session time alerts: Receive in-platform notifications after a set period of continuous play, reminding you to take a break.
• Reality check prompts: Periodic pop-ups displaying your net win/loss position for the current session, enabling informed decisions about continuing or stopping play.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the kz7bd platform. Exclusions are irreversible for their stated duration and cannot be lifted early.
